During before i went to Singapore, around 8am. My friend from Japan called me , she told me Tokyo had tsunami. i was shock that time. i just called her to take care! But when i reached Singapore, i saw a news from CNN that Japan got 9.0 earthquake! OMG! whats wrong!? still got alot earthquake coming soon in japan!
and the other is nuclear explosion case.
i receive a called just now from my friend that! Japan's nuclear crisis escalated ominously following a third and more dangerous hydrogen explosion early Tuesday local time that may have damaged part of the reactor's primary containment shell, and a fire at a fourth reactor building.
Slightly elevated radiation was detected in Tokyo, but officials said it not at health-affecting levels, according to press reports.
People living less than 12 miles (20km) from the complex, which is 155 miles (250km) north of Tokyo, have been told to leave the area.
Tens of thousands of residents have already been evacuated from the zone.
A 30km no-fly zone has also been imposed around the power plant.
All non-essential workers have been evacuated from the damaged facility but around 50 others are attempting to cool the reactors down by injecting water.
The Japan Nuclear Safety agency said two workers are missing after the explosion at the Fukushima plant yesterday.
It is believed they were working in the turbine area of reactor number four at the time of the blast.

BBOY LESSON!!

In this lesson I am going to discuss all the lessons in which I have learned about the Bronx mentality of Bboying. It was quite difficult for me to grasp this mentality because I was always about flow and finesse and my energy was always relaxed and in control.

Exercises:
Add-on (footwork patterns)
1. Find partners to cypher train with.
2. 1st person goes in and throws down 1 footwork pattern. (Must do atleast 3. Example, 3 CC's or 3 Rounds of 6 step.)
3. 2nd person goes in, and replies by doing atleast ONE full step or rotation of the footwork pattern done by person 1, And then adds a new footwork pattern
4. 3rd person goes in, does one rotation of what the 1st guy does, one rotation what the second guy did, and then ADDS-ON a new footwork pattern.
5. This continues on until one of the bboys messes up by either:
A>forgetting the pattern
B>Forgetting to add-on
C>Adding on but forgetting to do 3 rotations or sets.
6. After a bboy messes up, he is eliminated from the cypher.
7. The chain of patterns now resets and the next bboy now adds the first Pattern and the cycle continues until there is onlly 1 bboy left.
Rules:
1. After every set, the bboy must get up strong and confident (hold a bboy stance) If he does not, he is eliminated
2. The bboy must copy the chain of patterns in correct order or he is eliminated. The pattern itself doesnt have to be done exactly the same, but must be of the same type of pattern. (example, Back CC's,- Regular CC's can be done as a response)
3. The bboy must do 3 rotations or sets of the pattern which he Adds-on
4.The bboys must go in order around the circle, either clockwise or counter clockwise.
Benefits of this exercise:
1. It helps with memory
2. It helps you learn how to watch whats being done in the cypher or battle and respond with an "OUT-DOING" kind of mentality
3. It will strengthen your stamina
4. It will increase your footwork vocabulary

There are probably plenty more things about the Bronx Rock which I can touch base upon in this lesson, however many of those subjects are fundamental parts of bboying and entire lessons within itself which I will go into later in future lessons. For more info on the Bronx Rock, ask your local Zulu King for the history as they were one of the first (if not the first) Bronx Rocking bboy crew.

As Hip Hop and B-Boying is that present in the media nowadays people have already all information around. They don't need to dig, find out and learn about the culture by themselves as it was back in the days when everything started.

Of course they can't know that almost all the information the media and record companies are giving them is crap.

Images built up just to sell their products which have actually nothing to do with the culture and which are totally wrong and actually also contradictory and result in misconceptions about the culture and the dance. That's a pity!

The positivity (creativity) and the uniqueness (universal language) of the culture get more and more overhelmed by consume and business. It's more and more all about products.

We don't wanna be preachers or teachers but we would like to show interested people what we think the culture and the dance is all about to give them a starting point for their own discoveries and experiences. So keep on digging through our website...

Hip Hop?!

Hip Hop is a culture consisting of 4 elements which bases on creativity:
B-Boying stands for the danced,
MCing for the literal,
DJing for the musical and
Writing for the graphical expression.

Hip Hop can't be consumed, it has to be lived (not by buying expensive clothes but by improving his skills in one or more of the elements day by day).
Hip Hop started in the middle of the 70ies in the Bronx in New York City (USA). The basic idea of this culture was that there should be a war with creativity, not with weapons: a battle of different (and better) styles to turn the senseless violence into productive energy.

then prepare my stuff ready for Battle!! Leo`s mom fetch me go shah alam MACC mall
arrived there, and we wait untill 10:30a.m we have a funny cypher.
Around 1.30p.m   the Battle is start
1st round i meet my crew mate Chun and Cruz    we battle result we WON! wow
2nd round i meet Wakiki crew    result we WON! wow
3rd round Quater final we meet [Dont Know what crew] result we lost awww @@

finish battle, went to Chun`s house for 1 night. the next day go eat Bah Kut Teh @@. the flavor so DOPE! wow! i back my house around 8p.m :)

Yesterday after Interior Vsual class...
i went to studio early to warm up for laster class, then i start dance (alone) =[ waiting my friend come
and i suddenly headache, so i sleep at floor. Around 5min i woke up...wow! i cannot stand up
my whole body was totally weak =\ i get FEVER!!!!!!!! then my friend fetch me home around 8.45pm.

then i chating with my classmate , then feel sleepy SLEEEEP!

WAKE UP!!!! 9a.m. still feel dizzy and lil bit fever.. is ok. went to class
i dint buy that stupid ruler. so, i need borrow with my friend. i need to wait they finish.
and i go disturb my new friend AMADA YOOONG!!!

I felt itch when i was in a dream,yea..something is biting me..Badly bitten by Mosquitoes!*my blood quite testy i think*and it woke me up at 6.33am.'i opened my windows last night'and How? *you know what?yea..i Found it'Jumbo Mosquito Mat'thx god..OK 1st.*Remove one mat from its packing,then place it into the mat heating unit and switch on,One mat is effective to repel mosquitoes for 10hours in a room of about 30m3.
